At Deceuninck, quality, performance and sustainability are more than promises. Our products and processes are independently assessed and certified according to recognised international standards. The labels and certificates below provide transparent proof of our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality and sustainable solutions.
VinylPlus Product Labels
Our European product ranges Elegant, Elegant ThermoFibra, 2800 series, 2500 series, Patio 24, FRW (fully reversible window), and Twinson have received a VinylPlus Product Label. This label, developed by VinylPlus, confirms that our products and processes apply to the highest quality, performance, and sustainability standards.
To attain this prestigious label, our products had to meet the following requirements:
- Sourcing of traceable raw materials
- Reduced waste policy and use of recycled material
- Sourcing of PVC sourced from ECVM chartered suppliers, which conform to high standards of control over processes, operations and any emissions to the natural environment
- Sustainable use of additives
- Energy efficiency and use of renewable energies
ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 quality certificates
We expect our PVC windows to have top-notch quality. That’s why our integrated quality management system has top priority. Obtaining the ISO14001 and ISO9001 certificates is a natural result of our yearlong efforts in sustainability and quality management. It helps us to continuously improve and make sure we maintain the highest standards in the industry.
The ISO 14001 certificate is the leading environmental management system standard, focusing on environmental protection, pollution prevention, waste minimisation, and energy and materials consumption reduction. We hold this external certification for our recycling plant (Belgium) and our extrusion sites in Belgium, UK and Türkiye.
The ISO 9001 certificate proves we have a solid quality management system, focusing on recycling, compounding, tooling, extrusion, and finishing of high-quality PVC profiles for the construction industry, including the logistics that comprise the entire life cycle, from the acquisition to the loading of goods on trucks. All our extrusion facilities have an ISO 9001 certification.
Only applicable to BE. These certificates give you peace of mind, ensuring you that at Deceuninck, we are committed to the quality and sustainability of our products. Our OVAM Registration number is 8175.

Construction Products Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 (hereinafter "CPR-2024").
The CPR 2024 entered into force on 7 January 2025 and applies, for most of its provisions, as of the 8 January 2026. From the date of application, construction products for which a harmonised technical specification (hTS) has been made mandatory under the CPR 2024, must comply with the CPR 2024.
Harmonized standards currently cited in the Official Journal of the European Union under the framework of the Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011(hereinafter “CPR 2011”) remain applicable and valid until a harmonized technical specification, i.e. a revised performance harmonized standard covering the same product has been cited in the OJEU under the framework of the CPR 2024. Therefore, the Declarations of Performance (DoP) published below are still based on the CPR-2011.
Database on this website
This website contains a database of the Declarations of Performance (DoP) based on the CPR-2011, in PDF format, for a large number of Deceuninck building products bearing CE marking. The Deceuninck DoP files are available in the languages relevant to that particular building product. In case of a revision of the DoP, all versions (current and former) are to be found in the database. Where no harmonized product standard exists for a certain (type of) product, that product is not required to bear CE marking. This applies to WPC (wood-polymer composites) / roofline products (fascia and soffit).
